Invites to participate: Invites were dispatched to the trade in the state to participate in the fair. Each participant was provided with a table and two chairs.

In all there were 3 private participants namely Orchha (Hotels Resorts and Residences), Club Mahindra and Alathcad Holiday Homes (Home stays)

Each of the private participants was to pay a participation fee of Rs. 5000/- for their participation at IITM, Bangalore .

The agency co-ordinated with IITM India in putting up the Karnataka Pavilion.

Panels on the destination were developed by the agency and used at the IITM.

The Commissioner of Tourism, Government of Tamilnadu Shri. Shaktikanta Das, inaugurated the tourism fair. A visit to the stall along with key dignitaries from the tourism department was covered by the agency.
